How does scheduling work?

We use Teachworks for scheduling between the student and the tutor. You will be sent the information for this via e-mail once you join.
How much does it cost?

When you reach out to us, we will send you a form with various packages and pricing. You can choose which option is right for you.
How do I know which program is best for my child?

When you reach out to us for a free consultation, we will work with you to better understand what your child's needs are and design a program unique to them!
How do I know my tutor is qualified?

Our team of tutors are professionals in the education field, and all have up to date criminal background checks and vulnerable sector checks.
Will my child have the same tutor every time?

Yes. We believe in consistency and know that building a rapport with the same tutor is important.
Do I have to pick one program only?

No. When you sign up with Mindgarden you can design your sessions in whatever manner best suits your needs. You can work on unfinished homework, practice reading, or whatever else you need that day.
Do I pay my tutor directly?

No. Payment is to be made directly through Mindgarden.
How does payment work?

We offer monthly packages with credits that you can use whenever you wish. If you opt for a 8 session package, that equates to 2 sessions per week (1 hour each), but you can arrange your sessions in a manner best suited to your schedule.
What regions do you offer tutoring services?

We currently offer in-home tutoring services in Toronto, but are working to expand into more parts of the province. We offer online tutoring all across Ontario.
What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things come up and your child might not be able to make a session. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy where you can cancel your session or move it to a later date.
